A glowy toner made with 78.7% Korean rice extract, the same rice water long used in Korea for smooth, luminous skin. It softens the look of pores, smooths rough texture and gives skin an instant brightness. It's on the thicker side but sinks in fast, and layers well for that glass skin finish.
