We want you to love what arrives. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.
Change of mind
You can return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened or used skincare products. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at info@seouldistrict.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping — whichever you prefer.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
