By placing an order with Seoul District (www.seouldistrict.com) you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — the version on this page at the time of your order applies.

Prices & billing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods shown. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email; we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing error or stock unavailability.

Coming-soon & pre-order items

Items marked "coming soon" are charged at checkout and dispatched when stock arrives. Expected timeframes are shown on the product where known, and may vary by product and category. If an incoming shipment is significantly delayed, we'll contact you with the option of a full refund.

Product information

We do our best to describe every product accurately, including ingredient lists from the manufacturer. Ingredients can change between batches — always check the packaging before use, especially if you have allergies. Skincare results vary from person to person; nothing on this site is medical advice.
