Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Seoul District.

Change of mind

You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on products that have been opened or used.

  • Email us at info@seouldistrict.com with your order number before sending anything back.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in transit.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 — with a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping). Email info@seouldistrict.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll cover any return costs.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Seoul District is operated by Kido Limited, New Zealand.
